Man that sh*** was hilarious!!! Yeah I know someone who said they don’t watch t.v., so by default they felt they were smart. When a conversation about the sub-prime mortgage targeting Africans and Latinos was brought up, the non t.v. watcher said it was due to property taxes (WTF does that mean, that doesn’t even correlate. “I like snickers therefore I am nutty”, yeah makes as about as much sense as this persons uninformed statement). When this person was corrected and about the documented fact that it was created to disenfranchise people of color, there was that lobotomized thousand yard stare you receive when someone can’t admit to the truth for fear of cognitive dissonance. Point blank if you are ignorant cool, but don’t try to act like you know and don’t be arrogant about it.
