What The World Needs To Know About Haiti!

A lot has been written about Haiti in light of the recent earthquake that has devastated the first African government in the Western hemisphere. What is important isn’t what is being said about Haiti in lieu of this catastrophic event, but as always, what The Imperialist media isn’t telling you about Haiti. Did they tell you Haiti was where Columbus landed when he “discovered” the new world? Are they mentioning the fact that Haiti was called “La Perle des Antilles” (French for The Pearl Of The Antilles), because it was one of the most profitable colonies for The Imperialist country of France, but now for some strange reason Haiti is starving? Do they mention the fact that in 1815 Simón Bolívar was given sanctuary and pivotal military aid to help liberate Latin America from the yoke of Spanish Imperialism, only to betray Haiti by excluding them from the 1826 Congress of American States, leaving them defenseless to be coerced by France and The U.S. to pay them reparations for themselves.

General Jean-Jacques Dessalines, considered one of the founding fathers of Haiti, he lead a campaign that delivered the decisive blow in the liberation of Haiti, which saw Napoleon’s troops defeated in The Battle of Vertières in 1803.

Before I type another line, let’s make sure we all understand something; the people who inhabit Haiti today are not Indigenous to that land either (Columbus killed the original inhabitants, and brought Spain immense wealth). They are Africans! The fact that Africans now live in today what is called Haiti, is due to the attack Europe lead against Africa; Africa’s attack by the Europeans is the reason Africans inhabit Haiti. I make this point because what happen to Haitians (Africans) wasn’t some isolated attack on “black” people that happen to be located in the Caribbean; it was a result of the historical Imperial plunder of Africa.
