NYC: Malcolm X Grassroots Movement Unity Brunch Sunday

The Malcolm X Grassroots Movement hosts a Unity Brunch on Sunday, April 25, 1-4 p.m. at Community Service Society, 105 E 22nd St, in New York City.

The theme is “Celebrating the Life of Safiya Asya Bukhari: Freedom Fighter, International Freedom Fighter Supporter, and author of The War Before.”

The panel discussion features Wonda Jones [Safiya Bukhari-Albert Nuh Washington Foudnation, Panther Cub], Laura Whitehorn [Former Political Prisoner, New York State Task Force on Political Prisoners], Benjamin Ramos Rosado [The Prolibertad Freedom Campaign] and Ashanti Alston [Jericho Movement, MXGM member].
