Tonight: Forum on Women in Prison

prison woman Tonight: Forum on Women in Prison

Women are at the forefront of change in the world today. The enormous challenges ahead demand our total commitment to protect and preserve the dignity of women and their families in all circumstances, especially women in prison.

Women In Islam Inc. remains steadfast in its resolve to provide a platform to amplify women’s voices for justice. It is in this spirit that our second 2012 Human Rights and Social Justice Lecture is dedicated to this important topic. We will host a discussion on the growing phenomena of women in prison and its impact on families and society, locally and globally.
