Any chance of some stories about West Papua? It is the last remaining UN trust territory (colony) which the UN seized control of via a ‘trusteeship agreement’ approved in General Assembly resolution 1752 (XVII) and chapter 12 of the UN charter. Since the UN appointed Indonesia to administrate, some 400,000 people have been killed as suspected separatists which is what Indonesia calls the Papuan population for persistently calling for the “act of self-determination” which America promised Indonesia would allow by 1969. That was before the US in 1967 got a Indonesian mining license for West Papua’s gold. copper, etc. and began the mountain top mining operation that has been turning the second tallest mountain in continental Australia into a hole, see the photo about Grasberg at the wikipedia
