America=Freedom, And 2+2=5!

Ok, I’m back at it again! Ikonoklast! Yes, I shall continue to disabuse the masses with the same effort that Obama makes Imperialism look appealing. Let me rewind before I start to go on one of my famous diatribes you have grown to love me for; what prompted this post was a polemic I was reading in the comments section of Black Agenda Report between Zarisun1979 and Afroseer (and some occasional minions of theirs posting as well). In a nutshell to recap their polemic (if you want to check it out, be my guest), Afroseer could only see “African-Americans” as the sole subject of liberation struggles around the world. Afroseer said “Latin Americans” get what they deserve because they don’t or don’t want to recognize “African-American” achievements, and that “Latinos” (I prefer Indigenous, and Spanish speaking Indigenous) need to come to America the “right” way because they undermine “African-American” economic opportunity via “illegal immigration”. Blah! Blah! Blah! That same shit you’ve heard before. Zarisun1979 lit Afroseer’s ass aflame with objective truths, but to no avail, because Afroseer couldn’t not get beyond seeing themselves as an “African-American”. So the starting point for Afroseer was I guess as a race of Black, filthy, degenerate, monkey, beings that were found in the Mississippi delta by people who called themselves “Americans”, and they had the prettiest white skin! After some centuries of properly enslaving the “Black Beings”, The Great White Father, Abraham Lincoln freed them, and a century later came the struggles of “the civil rights revolution”; a revolution that didn’t bestow self determination or land for the “Black Beings”, but what the American nation did bestow upon them was a second class citizenship, “Black Beings” became known as “African-Americans” if and only if they acquiesced and aped the American nation. In addition to the title change for the “Black Beings”, some were allowed a piece of the capitalist pie that the America nation baked, but the piece was only reserved for a few newly dubbed “African-Americans”, the kitchen which the pie was baked in, (a stolen kitchen I might add, but hey this is Afroseer’s historical account, we can just edit that minor detail) was retained by the American nation. And this is the subjective historical basis that Afroseer basis his arguments that “Latinos” get what they deserve. If we all had atavistic minds as this Afroseer, we might all believe that liberation comes via Tyler Perry and Jennifer Lopez movies.

Now just for the historical record, let me give you a quote from one Cecil Rhodes, the epitome of genocide and imperialism (and of a prestigious scholarship I might add), from V.I. Lenin’s Imperialism: The Highest Stage of Capitalism (page 79);

“I was in the East End of London yesterday and attended a meeting of the unemployed. I listened to the wild speeches, which were just a cry for ‘bread,’ ‘bread,’ ‘bread,’ and on my way home I pondered over the scene and I became more than ever convinced of the importance of imperialism…My cherished idea is a solution for the social problem, i.e. in order to save the 40,000,000 inhabitants of the United Kingdom from a bloody civil war, we colonial statesmen must acquire new lands to settle the surplus population, to provide new markets for the goods produced by them in the factories and mines. The Empire, as I always said, is a bread and butter question. If you want to avoid civil war, you must become imperialists.”

Before, I go any further let me take a moment to define colonialism. Colonialism is defined as (by Answers.com);

“A political-economic phenomenon whereby various European nations explored, conquered, settled, and exploited large areas of the world. The purposes of colonialism included economic exploitation of the colony’s natural resources, creation of new markets for the colonizer, and extension of the colonizer’s way of life beyond its national borders. In the years 1500 – 1900, Europe colonized all of North and South America and Australia, most of Africa, and much of Asia by sending settlers to populate the land or by taking control of governments. The first colonies were established in the Western Hemisphere by the Spanish and Portuguese in the 15th – 16th century. The Dutch colonized Indonesia in the 16th century and Britain colonized North America and India in the 17th – 18th century. Later British settlers colonized Australia and New Zealand. Colonization of Africa only began in earnest in the 1880s, but by 1900 virtually the entire continent was controlled by Europe…”

It’s, important to note when Rhodes speaks of saving the UK, he is speaking of how to neutralize the anger of the white worker class Brits. The colonies not only saved Europe from starvation by usurping people of color’s resources, it also bestowed the title of “savior” upon the bourgeois class. Who were these people in the colonies who had their civilizations so irrecoverably altered so that Europe and this new phenomenon called the (white) “working class” could flourish. It was us! We were their life blood! PEOPLE OF COLOR AROUND THE WORLD! They didn’t call themselves, thieves, rapists, murders, or purveyors of genocide, NO! They used euphemisms like: “settlers”, “pioneers”, and “colonialists”. In North America you have a situation where a colony broke off from their UK metropole, so that they could own the profits from Indian genocide and Africans as fungible commodities. Hell they even got some “Negroes” to wrap themselves in the flag to fight for their cause (Crispus Attucks dumb ass), and from British colonialism (via a bourgeois revolution), America emerged as a sovereign nation, and thus began a reign of domestic colonialism within its borders. So how did they get such a vast amount of prisoner nations (African, Indian, and Asian) to submit to their exploitation; simple, cultural hegemony. By educating the masses in domestic colonial institutions and making them believe that they had a stake in America, and that they themselves were Americans, they were able to subdue any National Liberation struggle. So you begin to see prisoner nations fight amongst each other trying in vain to prove who was the most “American” and legitimate in the eyes of the true American citizenry, THE WHITE IMPERIALIST SETTLERS!

Afroseer, and supporting cast, it doesn’t matter if you wrap yourself in the American flag; you are still an AFRICAN prisoner in a colonial war! You all demonstrate a cowardice that is objectively vile, because somehow you are scared to challenge the common enemy that all PEOPLE OF COLOR HAVE (even the white working class, if they got over their trinkets the bourgeois give them from our blood in order to maintain dominance over the world.) WHITE CAPITALISM! I say “white” specifically because no person of color can be capitalists without the nod from the white capitalist; capitalists with color are petty bourgeois sellouts. Let me pose this question, if the war in Afghanistan stopped, if there was no Africa Command, “illegals” came into America “legally”, as defined by the white citizenry, or there was no Iraq invasion, do you think they would use the proceeds to benefit your “Afroseeing” ass? Hell no! Even if America was a socialist nation it would benefit its citizens, the white “settlers”. The existence of America is an existence founded on genocide and enslavement, not some sanitized notion of “pioneering”, and if it is to continue you must remain a prisoner nation, and we must fight each other like inmates fight each other in prison so that the guards can always have control over their prison institution, an analogy for America. America doesn’t mean freedom for people of color, and no matter how much we want to deluded ourselves, we aren’t Americans, never have and never will be. It’s not alchemy, and no matter how much you perform your daily “I am a legal Black American” catechism, 2+2 doesn’t equal 5!
